Ingredients: 

8 oz. poached fresh salmon
10 oz. package of frozen broccoli
1 unbaked -9-inch pie shell
1/3 cup diced celery
1/4 cup sliced green onions
3 hard-cooked eggs, diced
1/2 teaspoon fill weed
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup grated swiss cheese
1 cup mayonnaise

Directions: 

Flake salmon. Cook broccoli until tender; drain thoroughly. Bake pie shell at 375 for 5 minutes. Place drained broccoli in bottom of pie shell. Fold together flaked salmon, celery, green onions, eggs, dill weed, pepper, cheese and mayonnaise. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into wedges and serve warm or chilled.
